If you have a two year old, you should check out this list of games for 2 year olds.  If you have looked for games for your two year old, you have probably noticed that games for them are not easy to find.  Most games start at 3 years old–I guess that must be the age that children are more likely to start sitting still long enough to play a game??  I plan to get my granddaughter at least one of these games for Christmas and I hope, since the age says for 2 year olds, she will play the game with me.  We will see!

Puzzles for 2 Year Olds

Oh my goodness!  The more time that I spend looking at these building toys, the more I want to buy them all for my granddaughter that is turning 2 this weekend.  Unfortunately, I can’t buy them all and I need to remember that I have to store them somewhere.

I am sitting here imagining my granddaughter spreading them all over the living room and then having a tantrum when I insist that she pick them up when she finishes playing.  Surely she will soon understand that she has to clean up after she finishes playing with her toys.  Right?
