Unfortunately, many venues are really more than she would like to pay. This list is for her and for all of you looking at wedding venues in Charleston, South Carolina. It is nice to have so many options but it can be so overwhelming!
She is currently thinking about a beach wedding. Folly Beach has the Pelican Watch Pavilion that is great. It is her current venue choice.
We went to check it out this past weekend, though, and it was so windy! That was a little scary to me–imagining how to get things set up and get them to stay put when it is windy. There was a family setting up when we were there and they had gotten some tarps to help block the wind. I guess if we have a plan for wind and for rain ahead of time, it may not be so bad.
