Shapes:
– Place all of the shapes in a bag or basket.  Without looking, feel and then name the shape.

Colors:

  • Play Colorama and review colors and shapes.

– Use tactile letters to talk about each letter in name.  May need to create additional tactile cards if a letter is used more than once.

Numbers:

Play Go Fish with numbers and/or letters.

Fine Motor Skills:

  • Write “My Family” on the bottom of a blank piece of paper.  Have your child draw her family.  Write the date on the back of the picture and save the picture to compare with past and future drawings.

  • Play basketball with a rolled-up sock and a laundry basket.
